KRETIF AI TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Kretif AI ("Kretif," "we," "us," "our," or the "Platform"), an artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to help individuals, content creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses manage their marketing and social media activities.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you and the operator of Kretif.

By registering for, accessing, or using Kretif, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you use Kretif on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement on its behalf.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Kretif provides AI-powered marketing and social media management services.

Depending on your subscription plan, feature availability, and supported integrations, our services may include:

We reserve the right to improve, modify, or discontinue specific features. Where material changes affect paid services, we will provide reasonable advance notice whenever practicable.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.

Kretif may request additional verification when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and authentication methods.

You must promptly notify Kretif if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.

Kretif may temporarily restrict account access when there is a reasonable security risk.

You must not share access with unauthorized parties or attempt to bypass the Platform's security controls.

We recommend using strong passwords and enabling additional authentication features whenever available.

Kretif may allow you to connect social media accounts through supported official integrations, including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.

By connecting an account, you authorize Kretif to perform the actions you enable, subject to the permissions granted by the relevant social media provider.

Kretif does not require you to disclose your original Facebook, Instagram, or Threads password when using official OAuth integrations.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to manage every social media account connected to Kretif.

You may revoke access by disconnecting an account through available Kretif settings or through the relevant social media provider.

Disconnecting an account may disable automated publishing, analytics retrieval, and other features that depend on that integration.

Kretif uses artificial intelligence technology to assist with content creation, marketing planning, and other supported tasks.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain factual inaccuracies, incomplete information, unsuitable recommendations, or other errors.

AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be entirely original, free from similarities to third-party works, or suitable for every commercial purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing important information, product claims, prices, promotional statements, copyright matters, and legal requirements before publishing content.

Kretif does not guarantee any specific increase in sales, followers, organic reach, engagement rates, or other marketing results.

When you enable automated publishing, you authorize Kretif to publish content according to the configurations, schedules, and permissions you establish.

You are responsible for reviewing your brand settings, AI instructions, content, and publishing schedules.

Kretif may provide automated quality control features. However, these checks do not guarantee that every error or unsuitable piece of content will be detected.

Content already published on third-party platforms remains subject to the deletion functionality and policies of those platforms.

You may disable automated publishing through available settings.

You retain the rights you hold to materials, logos, images, text, documents, and other content you upload to Kretif.

You grant Kretif a non-exclusive license to store, process, adapt, and transmit such content to the extent necessary to deliver the services you request.

This permission includes processing by authorized service providers, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

Kretif does not acquire ownership of your logos, branding, or business materials merely because you upload them to the Platform.

You represent that you possess the necessary rights or permissions to use and provide the content submitted to Kretif.

Your rights to use AI-generated content are subject to applicable laws and the terms of the technology providers involved.

Kretif may restrict content or suspend access when we have reasonable grounds to believe that an activity violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Kretif may offer free plans, trial periods, and paid subscriptions.

The applicable pricing, currency, features, usage quotas, subscription duration, and payment methods will be displayed before purchase.

If a subscription renews automatically, its renewal frequency and charges will be disclosed before you confirm payment.

By subscribing, you authorize the stated charges to be processed through your selected payment method.

Any changes to recurring subscription prices will be communicated before the new pricing takes effect for your subscription.

Applicable taxes will be disclosed in accordance with legal requirements.

You may cancel subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access remains available until the end of your existing billing period.

Refunds are subject to the refund policy disclosed at the time of purchase and any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your right to a refund or another remedy where required by law.

Kretif may implement rate limits, usage quotas, and technical restrictions to maintain service stability and security.

Usage beyond your plan's limits may require an upgrade or an additional purchase, where available.

Additional charges will only be applied after the applicable pricing has been disclosed and you have authorized the purchase.

Kretif relies on third-party services, which may include AI providers, hosting infrastructure, payment processors, and social media platforms.

Your use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Kretif does not control every API change, account suspension, access restriction, or technical interruption affecting third-party services.

We will take reasonable steps to address interruptions affecting the parts of our services within our control.

The Kretif name, brand identity, official logos, user interface, software design, and proprietary code belong to Kretif or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Using or subscribing to Kretif does not grant you ownership of the Platform's technology.

You must not reproduce, resell, or distribute Kretif's software without written permission, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

This section does not restrict your rights to your own content as described in Section 8.

Our collection and processing of personal data are governed by the Kretif Privacy Policy.

You must ensure that any personal data belonging to other individuals that you upload or process through your account has been obtained and is used lawfully.

Where you instruct Kretif to process personal data on behalf of your organization, you are responsible for ensuring that those instructions have an appropriate legal basis.

Additional data processing agreements may be required for certain business uses.

Kretif will implement reasonable security measures appropriate to the risks and types of data being processed.

However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted operation.

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to masterfirst935@gmail.com.

You must not exploit security vulnerabilities to gain unauthorized access or cause harm to the Platform or its users.

Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before suspending your account.

Immediate suspension may be necessary to protect the security of users, the Platform, or third parties.

You may request account closure through available settings or by contacting masterfirst935@gmail.com.

Once your account is terminated, access to the relevant services will be discontinued.

Your data will be deleted or de-identified according to our Privacy Policy, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Deleting your Kretif account does not necessarily delete content already published on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or other third-party platforms.

You may need to delete that content directly from the relevant social media accounts.

Kretif aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, consistently accurate AI outputs, or specific marketing results.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kretif shall not be liable for indirect losses resulting from unauthorized use, a user's breach of these Terms, or third-party service failures outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability relating to fraud or negligence where such exclusions are prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, security practices, technology, or legal requirements.

Material changes will be communicated through email, application notifications, or our website before they take effect, where appropriate.

If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the services and cancel your subscription before that change takes effect, subject to your applicable legal rights.

The latest revision date will be displayed at the beginning of this document.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to the Malaysian courts with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory legal provisions.
